DEVELOP A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Q+A section, appointments only and occasional shows or trunk shows.
3.avg spend. budgeting. show the high end, low end and what they want to spend. what they can have, and whats better. what they need, what they would like, sure or unsure. do they have ideas. does it fit into my style my ethos? need to ask you a few questions to be able to answer that, each design etc is down to the style marterial time etc, we have a basic idea for some but to have a proper idea or final price a proper constutation.
4.no.of transactions/turnover (when or if they will be back, will they recommend?) use of real life story’s, real images? taster sessions. trunk shows with sales? wedding fairs. advertisements. high end and low end pricing. way of payments. high end shows professionalism, but needs to be worth it. need to have some high end designs. plus lower range for different customers.
5.margins = profit
