fashion digitalisation

nowadays a common trend is the digitization of our fashion and textile industry. computer aided design, computer aided manufacturing, e-commerceas online, b to b, b to c is a commonplace, right? about one third of the sales, total fashion sales, is through online sit on online channels. but this doesn't does not mean that the a brick and mortar physical store will completely disappear. its more a dynamic hybrid of online sales and also physical stores. They are complementing each other because of our fashion products. digital presentation of the fashion products still have limitation, for instance, difficulty representing the color, the drape, difficulty in fit. Try try the fitting of the garment, although, you know, virtual fitting software are available. digitalization of a fashion industry, complements with the existing, channels of fashion and textile distribution
technology is also very very important technology in terms of, for instance, wearable technology, smart materials, for fashion product innovation and specially for personalization technology for personal like protection, personal comfort that that can improve the wearers’ performance, and will be related to health, aging population, - a functional, wearable technology. there is also personalization including , comfort, performance and health - another big trend.
another important trend is fashion sustainability, because young generations have strong, sustainability ideologies and they see , importance of maintain the the environment of this more this world, and because we consume so much of fashion items which really we do not necessarily require. if you look at your wardrobe, there are a lot of clothes actually hang there you actually don't wear them, So , sustainability awareness is getting stronger and stronger among consumers, especially young consumers. if you see a lot of major brands, they are demand that the raw materials, the manufacturing processes, compliance with the many of the sustainability or social responsibility certifications. And this become essential to all major brand products.
fashion's global outlook, the fashion textile industry is a global industry, western and eastern, with old eastern blocks such as Eastern European, Mongolia, South America, Africa, and many other regions? these are potential new areas for development, new areas for opportunities. Another area of competency is professional skills by understanding materials, textile materials, clothing products, product knowledge is very essential and the third area, of course, is the interpersonal skill because you're not working on your own.how we interact with other people? communication skills are therefore another important area. to understand the business, the factory process, the design, manufacturing, to follow the order to understand the buyer. communication in the professional language is extremely important. we need to be critical thinkers, to tackle possible issues and current problems and how to resolve them in the best and quickest way possible. and a need for overall professionalism.
we also have a Social Responsibility. We all live in a society where we should all be responsible for the well-being and sustainability of society. It is usually taken as a form of voluntary work because it is part of the ethical training. Today, many companies have set up a corporate social responsibility (CSR) department to organize the voluntary work of the staff. Similarly, many universities have set up both a university social responsibility (USR) department for the staff and a student voluntary center to coordinate joint CSR projects with commercial companies, non-government organizations (NGO), or charities. More companies consider voluntary service experience when they hire new staff.
